With three out of five justices already supporting the ban, it will remain in effect regardless of how the two remaining justices vote. X was suspended in Brazil early Saturday morning after missing a court-imposed deadline to appoint a new legal representative in the country.

This decision marks the latest development in a conflict between Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes and X's owner, Elon Musk, which started in April when the judge mandated the suspension of several accounts accused of spreading misinformation.
