Samsung has launched the 'Good Lock' app for Galaxy devices on the Play Store.

Samsung has officially made its Good Lock app available for download through the Google Play Store, broadening access beyond the previously restricted Galaxy Store and certain regions. Good Lock is a software suite that allows in-depth customization of the Samsung smartphone interface without needing to root the device.
While Good Lock has been available for several years, it was initially limited to specific markets and could only be accessed through the Galaxy Store. However, in January, Samsung announced that the app would soon be accessible on the Play Store for devices running Android 15-based One UI 7. Now that the official rollout of One UI 7 is underway, Good Lock has started appearing on the Play Store.
Good Lock Availability: The app can now be downloaded from the Google Play Store on select Samsung Galaxy devices running One UI 7. During testing, Business Standard confirmed that it’s available on the Galaxy S25 series and the Galaxy Z Fold 6. The list of supported devices is expected to grow as Samsung continues the phased rollout of One UI 7 to more eligible Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
Good Lock Features: Good Lock functions as a modular suite, allowing users to personalize various aspects of Samsung’s One UI interface. Each module offers specific customization options: LockStar allows changes to the lock screen layout, while Home Up lets users modify the home screen, apps screen, and share menu. Additional modules enable gesture control modifications and multitasking features, like forcing apps to run on foldable devices' cover screens.
In addition to its expanded availability, Samsung has also updated the Good Lock app’s interface. The redesigned version includes visual enhancements, filters for easier navigation through modules, and a new section called “My Page,” where users can view and manage their customization settings in one place.
