Pawan Kalyan Leaves Hospital Following Shoulder Operation, Wife Thanks Well-Wishers for Their Support

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan was discharged from Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital on Wednesday, four days after undergoing surgery on his right shoulder. His wife, Anna Konidala, shared the health update through an Instagram post, expressing her appreciation for the doctors and healthcare staff who provided treatment and support throughout his hospital stay.

Anna said the family was filled with gratitude and thanked the medical team for their professionalism, care, and dedication during the surgery and recovery period. “Today, we were finally discharged from the hospital, and our hearts are full of gratitude. A heartfelt thank you to this incredible team for taking exceptional care of my husband and carrying out his surgery with great skill and professionalism,” she wrote.

She added that knowing Pawan Kalyan was under expert medical supervision gave the family peace of mind during a challenging time. Anna also thanked the doctors and staff for their compassion, commitment, and kindness throughout the treatment process. Pawan Kalyan was admitted to the Mumbai hospital on Saturday after medical experts recommended surgery for a serious rotator cuff tear in his right shoulder. The procedure lasted approximately three-and-a-half hours.

According to the Jana Sena Party, the actor-turned-politician had been suffering from ongoing shoulder pain since 2016. The condition reportedly worsened over the years due to his demanding political responsibilities and professional commitments. Doctors also discovered an avulsion fracture in the same shoulder during the procedure. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu had visited Pawan Kalyan at the hospital following the surgery to enquire about his health.
