Emotions ran high on the sets of Laughter Chefs 3 when actor Govinda’s wife, Sunita Ahuja, shared a heartfelt reunion with Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah. In a promotional video released by Colors TV, Sunita Ahuja makes a surprise entry on the show and affectionately calls out to Krushna. The comedian immediately rushes toward her and embraces her warmly, marking a deeply emotional moment between the two. The atmosphere becomes even more touching when Krushna mentions that 14 years have passed since they last had such a moment, before respectfully bending down to touch her feet as a gesture of love and regard.

Despite the emotional tone of the reunion, Krushna lightened the mood with his signature humour. He jokingly said that he had finally found a parking space at her feet and added that now there was room for two cars, humorously referring to himself and his wife, Kashmera Shah. Kashmera Shah was also visibly emotional during the interaction. She stepped forward and apologised to Sunita Ahuja, saying, “I’m so sorry,” which added another layer of sincerity to the moment shared on set.

The strained relationship between the families dates back to 2018. Sunita Ahuja had reportedly taken offence to a social media post by Kashmera Shah that spoke about “people who dance for money,” which she believed was directed at Govinda. This misunderstanding led to a long-standing fallout between the families, with both sides maintaining distance over the years. Later, Krushna Abhishek clarified that the comment was not intended for Govinda but was actually aimed at his sister Arti Singh. However, by then, the misunderstanding had already created a prolonged rift between the two families.
