Jessica Alba has officially filed for divorce from her husband, Cash Warren. The 43-year-old actress, who married the 46-year-old film producer on May 29, 2008, announced their separation on Instagram on January 16. The couple shares three children—Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Jessica filed the divorce papers at the Los Angeles County court on February 7, citing irreconcilable differences. The filing also listed their official date of separation as December 27, 2024. She has requested joint custody of their children and asked to have her legal name restored to Jessica Marie Alba.

Reflecting on their journey, Jessica shared last month, "I'm proud of how we've grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years.
