SEOUL — A rail construction site in Gwangmyeong, southwest of Seoul, has collapsed, and two workers are feared to be trapped, the National Fire Agency said on Friday (April 11). Media reports indicated that cracks in an underground pillar had been discovered and reported to authorities the previous night.
