CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke has been diagnosed with typhoid but said his illness would not stop the ongoing protest demanding Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation. In a video message, Dipke said he has been undergoing treatment, including IV medication, while thanking supporters for continuing peaceful protests across the country. He expressed confidence that the movement would succeed in achieving its demands. The CJP-led agitation, focused on alleged examination irregularities and education reforms, will continue at Jantar Mantar despite Dipke’s health condition and the end of activist Sonam Wangchuk’s hunger strike.
