A key agenda item will be improving coordination between the newly elected Delhi government and Delhi Police. The aim is to enhance law enforcement efforts and address emerging threats to security in the national capital. Amit Shah has been actively monitoring security issues across the country and has frequently stressed the importance of a robust law enforcement framework, particularly in Delhi.

Newly sworn-in Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, the BJP’s first-time MLA from Shalimar Bagh and the fourth woman to hold the office, is expected to attend the meeting. Delhi Home Minister Ashish Sood, Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora, and other senior police officials will also be present.

The meeting is expected to cover intelligence inputs, crime prevention strategies, and measures to strengthen policing in high-risk areas. Authorities are also likely to discuss ways to improve public confidence in law enforcement and ensure a coordinated response to security concerns.
