Authorities are working to ensure that security-related restrictions do not result in prolonged disruption to regular traffic, although commuters in central and south Delhi may face delays during VIP movements. Surveillance has also been strengthened through CCTV cameras installed at strategic locations. The additional monitoring is expected to help security agencies track suspicious activity and respond quickly to any emergency.

Civic agencies are simultaneously working to keep important roads and areas around summit locations clear. Special attention is being given to stray dogs and cattle, particularly along routes that may be used by foreign delegations and VIP convoys. Similar animal-control measures have been undertaken by Delhi authorities during previous major international events to prevent unexpected disruptions on roads.

The extensive preparations reflect the scale of the diplomatic gathering and the security challenges associated with hosting senior foreign leaders in a densely populated capital.
