PM Modi, Putin Likely to Hold Bilateral Meeting on BRICS 2026 Sidelines

The BRICS 2026 Summit will bring leaders from across the world to New Delhi, with India hosting the two-day gathering on September 12 and 13. The summit is expected to address major global issues, including multilateral cooperation, global governance, food and energy security, trade, investment, technology and ongoing regional conflicts. India is also seeking greater collaboration on cross-border digital payments, while high-level bilateral meetings between key leaders are likely to remain a major focus of the summit.
