Operation Sindoor: Ex-CDS Anil Chauhan Says Indian Strike May Have Reached Pakistan's Kirana Hills

Fresh focus has shifted to Pakistan’s Kirana Hills, an area widely linked to the country’s strategic and nuclear-related infrastructure, following remarks by former Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan about Operation Sindoor. Chauhan indicated that an Indian loitering munition may have struck the Kirana Hills region unintentionally. He explained that the weapon had been tasked with locating radar installations near Sargodha but, after failing to identify its target within the allotted operational period, appears to have impacted one of the nearby hills instead.
