Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi has arrived in India for a three-day official visit, during which she will participate in the 16th India-Japan Annual Summit. She is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss key issues including trade, investment, defence cooperation, energy security, emerging technologies, and the Indo-Pacific region. The two leaders are also expected to sign multiple agreements aimed at expanding their Special Strategic and Global Partnership. In addition to official meetings, the visit features interactions with business leaders to further strengthen economic and commercial ties between the two countries.
