IIT Delhi Students Protest, Mourn Death of Fellow Student

IIT Delhi has condoled the death of a student and conveyed its sympathies to the bereaved family. The institute said it is extending all possible assistance and support to the family as they cope with the loss. Students began assembling near the Lecture Hall Complex at around 9 a.m. on Monday. By evening, the gathering had grown to nearly 300 students, who moved to the first-floor lobby of the institute’s main building outside the Director’s office, calling for greater accountability from the administration.
